The central feature of the building complex designed by architects Haefeli Moser and Steiger and completed in 1967 is the visible reinforced concrete framework. A pavilion-style meeting room facing the park makes a fine addition to the plot on Mühlebachstrasse. Together with the bronze-colored window frames, the umber shades of the outer metal parts create a warm contrast with the light gray concrete grid.
