Kirchenweg 8
Sometimes a tree needs pruning to look its best again. That’s exactly the approach we took with our project on Kirchenweg. We transformed the former Swissmem building into modern commercial premises and converted the building at Kirchenweg 2/4 into unique condominiums.
Münchhaldeneck
Münchhaldeneck is our pioneering project for sustainable, comfortable living. Realized by atelier ww architekten, the project was completed in fall 2011. Sigrid Hanke and Francesca Giovanelli accompanied the construction process.
Umbauten Seefeldstrasse
The impressive building documentation on the conversion of the properties at Seefeldstrasse 75, 129 and 204 is a blueprint of what is feasible and possible when we refurbish buildings from different eras. Sigrid Hanke and Frederick Chapman documented and photographed the works every step of the way.
Wildbachgut
Designed by Implenia and Moser Wegenstein, Wildbachgut was completed in summer 2009. Author Sigrid Hanke and photographer Francesca Giovanelli followed and documented the project’s progress.
Kino Razzia – Ein Abspann
In 2014, Seefeld received a new jewel: Restaurant Razzia, in a renovated new build from architects Hemmi Fayet. The run-down and heritage protected Villa Mainau dating back to 1847 made way for the new Mainau building. Author Urs Steiner and photographer Beat Bühler documented this new beginning. The creation of the two volumes about the neighborhoods cultural history was supported by numerous sponsors, with Ledermann Immobilien AG as the main backer.
