Kirchenweg 8
Construction project
Good for business

In the heart of Seefeld, the hip Zurich neighborhood behind the lakeside promenade, on the edge of the Seeburgpark you’ll find a typical post-war modernist building. Flat-roofed building blocks form a compelling composition, the facades with their even grids convey a serious, business-like image. For many years this building was the administrative headquarters for two important economic institutions. The plans were drawn up by Zurich-based architect trio Haefeli Moser Steiger.
This administrative building was refurbished and converted between 2014 and 2016 to plans by Tilla Theus. Office use was retained in the Kirchenweg 8 part of the building, while condominium apartments were built in the wing at Kirchenweg 4 and in the hall building at Kirchenweg 2.
