From July 2025, stylish rental apartments and attractive commercial space with a sustainable concept will be built in a prime location.
The apartments will benefit from an environmentally friendly connection to the Seefeld lake water network. A photovoltaic system will also be installed on the pitched roof as an in-roof solution – sustainable and modern.
