Refurbished penthouse apartment (out of an unlucky situation, we created beauty)
The 5.5-room penthouse apartment with 170m2 of living space and around 90m2 of external terrasse required a complete, early overhaul due to serious structural defects. Most affected was the entire outer building and roof, the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the bathrooms. The renovation provided the opportunity to redesign the existing color and material concept on the interior as well as the exterior the apartment. In order to promote biodiversity, the gravel roof has been turned into an extensive garden, and the courtyard greenery was also revitalized through a targeted choice of plants and materials.
The refurbishment was completed in November 2023. The inner courtyard will be completed by spring 2024.
