Trendy living in Seefeld
Eighteen apartments in direct proximity to Lake Zurich are undergoing complete refurbishment in the trendy Seefeld district at Dufourstrasse 87 in Zurich.
The enticing apartments offer a high standard of construction with modern fittings, spacious wardrobes, attractive parquet flooring and balconies or patios. There is also the option of on-site parking in the courtyard.
The project site for the 17 one-bedroom apartments and one studio apartment is under construction.
Good for business: a domicile on Kirchenweg in Seefeld
An attractive company headquarters is good for business. The most sought-after addresses in Zurich are to be found in the central business district, Enge and Seefeld. Seefeld has now achieved a special status. The attraction of the district lies in its special atmosphere with a mixture of shopping and residential streets and its exclusive location next to the lakeside promenade and the Zürichhorn. Further plus points are the rich variety of restaurants, the shopping facilities and good public transport connections. The journey from the airport to Stadelhofen takes just 18 minutes by S-Bahn.
Making living dreams come true
The completely refurbished apartments in Zurich’s sought-after Seefeld district present themselves in timeless elegance. The atmospheric colour scheme and light oak parquet create a pleasant living ambience.
The high-quality extension and first-class kitchen and bathroom fittings offer the highest standards of comfort and characterise the modern elegance of the apartments. Attractive balconies and idyllic patios provide an outdoor extension to the light-flooded apartments and a peaceful setting for recuperating from everyday life.
Urban living in Seefeld. Trendy, chic and stylish.
The architecture of Mainau 34 deliberately departs from the neoclassical style of the adjacent Razzia. Mainau 34 does not see itself as in competition but as a sober addition to the Razzia, with both structures retaining their own architectural language.
While the identity of Zurich is upheld, the representative façade of Mainau 34 is intended as a reference to the district and a modern “urban villa”.
Modern apartments in a charming old building
Constructed in the early days of the twentieth century, the property at Arbenzstrasse 6 in Zurich-Seefeld combines typical features of this period of economic prosperity.
Old property apartments in Seefeld – chic, stylish and charming. A lofty penthouse apartment and ten one-bedroom apartments await your visit.
The charming tailor-made building blends into Seefeld perfectly and with its classical architecture leaves nothing to be desired. The building complex offers the luxury of spacious apartments, an artistic design, tasteful green surroundings and first class services. In a nutshell: unrivalled living.
The gateway to Seefeld. In the context of urban development, this is a representative corner location in an environment of heterogeneous architecture from different periods. The corner location is being retained and confidently upheld. The traditional three-way division of the existing building structure is being continued. The penthouse apartment is being subtly raised in a manner befitting a corner building.
In the midst of things
With its urban charm and character, this district of Zurich not only offers exclusive housing but also much room for being. Seefeld 75 stands out with its beautiful apartments in an architecturally impressive building with unique golden balconies. Here you are in the midst of things – surrounded by excellent restaurants, fashionable bars, exclusive delicatessens, small boutiques and glorious parks. Seefeld has the longest lakefront of all Zurich’s districts and moreover leaves nothing to be desired culturally with the opera house right outside the front door. The public transport connections are also outstanding.
A 1920s building is spruced up
The middle house at Seefeldstrasse 204 is a venerable old building dating from 1924. It forms part of a perimeter block development and has a certain degree of significance in terms of both urban planning and historical preservation. It originally housed simple and practical cooperative apartments. Furthermore, typical for this period, it had a “more elegant front towards the street” and a plainer courtyard side at the back.
The beauty of the façade facing the street was underlined during the refurbishment and the sunny side at the back was given a completely different role with a glass lift with balconies built onto the side and decorative wire netting ornamentation.
